ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
FIRST YEAR ADMISSION
1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate.
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with subjects Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40 % marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
OR
(ii) Passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy from institutes affiliated to State Board and having approval of competent central authority and State Government and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40 % marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State);
(iii) The candidate should have appeared in all the subjects and obtained non zero score in the CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
(2) All India Candidature Candidates, -
(i) The candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with subjects Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40 % marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together
OR
(ii) Passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy from institutes affiliated to State Board and having approval of competent central authority and State Government and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
1.Caste/Tribe Certificate. ( Issued by a competent authority in Maharashtra in the prescribed form).
2.Caste/ Tribe Validity Certificate (Issued by an able/competent authority in Maharashtra in the prescribed format).
Note:-
A ) Caste/Tribe validity certificate is not required for admission to Diploma courses after the 10th or 12th. However, the first-year or second-year diploma course students from the backward class who have gotten admission to the reserved seats should submit their caste/tribe validity certificate to the respective caste/tribe verification committee with a duly filled application.
B ) Degree and postgraduate degree students seeking admission under seats reserved for backward classes must submit a Caste/Tribe validity certificate.
3.Non–Creamy layer Certificate: (Valid till March 2023) ( For all backward class students other than ones from Scheduled caste/ Scheduled tribe). For backward class candidates from out of Maharashtra who have a Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra, the reservation policy for admission to professional courses in Maharashtra is not applicable.
4.Domicile Certificate: It will be required, as mentioned in the admission manual, in different cases.
5.Income Certificate: Under the TFWS Scheme, all the interested candidates who wish to take admission have to get a valid certificate issued by a competent authority.
6.Economically weaker section (EWS ): In pursuance of the decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra, a certificate issued by a competent authority in the required form should be submitted.
7.Person with disability/handicap: According to the requirement, a certificate will have to be issued by the concerned authority.
8.Armed forces/ Defence: As mentioned in the admission manual, candidates from the defense department have to get a certificate duly certified and issued by the competent authority.
9.Minority section: As mentioned in the admission manual, all interested candidates who want to apply in the minority section have to get a certificate issued by a competent authority.
10.Aadhaar number and linked bank account: For scholarship, fee reimbursement, etc., and such other schemes for the amount to be deposited in the beneficiary's bank account directly, this will be required.
