Eligibility

Minimum PCM % (45% for General and 40% for Reserved category candidates) is a mandatory eligibility requirement for admissions.

Online Admission Procedure

1. Paid Registration, Documents Uploading and Branch Preference Selection
   1. Registration instructions for SITEEE candidates:Registration through SITEEE / JEE(Main) / Any State Govt. Engg. Entrance Exam candidates. The registration process includes:-
      • Selection of branch preferences
      • Uploading documents
        • Entrance exam scorecard – only for JEE (Main) / Any State Govt. Engg. Entrance Exam candidates
        • Category certificate – only for SC/ST/DA/KM candidates

Candidates have to click the submit button after uploading documents in the registration portal. Candidates failing to do so will not be included in the merit list (branch allocation).

1. Merit listing (Branch Allocation)

Branches will be allocated based on entrance examination scores, branch preferences, and availability of seats. Emails will be sent to merit-listed candidates with links to download the offer letter and pay the first installment of academic fees within 5 days of receiving the offer letter email.

1. Fees payment
   First installment of fees is Rs. 1,70,000
2. Documents Verification

Entrance scorecards will be verified only for JEE (Main) / Any State Govt. Engg. Entrance Exam fees paid candidates, to check the scores mentioned during registration. Category certificates will be verified for applicable candidates.

While verifying the documents, if the team finds any discrepancy, then the concerned candidate’s application will be removed from the current merit list and considered in the next merit list. In such cases, a separate communication will be made to the candidates.

1. Waitlist / Branch Change (if required)

Branch change option is available to candidates after payment of the first installment of fees. Candidates who do not pay the first installment of fees within five days of receiving the offer letter will be automatically waitlisted in their higher preferred branches in the subsequent merit lists.

1. Hostel Allocation
   After fee payment, interested candidates can register for hostel allotment.
