Program Overview:
Two-year year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGDM) approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, and Government of India is the flagship programme of IIEBM. IIEBM offers Dual specialization in Entrepreneurship and Marketing / HRM / Finance / SCM / Business Analytics / SAP-ERP as Major and Entrepreneurship as Minor. The Programme is designed to develop professional managers ready to work at responsible positions in a global environment.

Program Educational Objectives:
PEO1: To make students conceptualize, critically analyze and acquire In-depth knowledge of business management to add value.
PEO2: To promote lateral thinking, enable students to understand different perspectives of every situation and to come up with simple solutions for complex managerial problems.
PEO3: To inculcate a sense of curiosity, so that students search for facts and truths by developing methodologies that support critical analysis and decision making.
PEO4: To ignite the passion for Entrepreneurship, students are introduced to the application of modern management tools, used to solve complex decision making processes.
PEO5: To foster ethos of morality and societal sensitivity in the personal and professional life of students so that they add value to the society.
Program Outcomes:
The PGDM students of this institution are expected to attain or achieve the following program objectives within a few years of completion of the program.

Pedagogy:
The PGDM curriculum and pedagogy emphasize on the development of students' skills and abilities to apply management theories and concepts to live business and industry problems. Students are expected to achieve high standards of excellence.
Pedagogy is 'learning centric', interactive and participative involving lectures, fieldwork, seminars, assignments, live projects, group discussions, case studies, business games, role-plays, simulation exercises, outbound experiential learning activities, film reviews, structured and unstructured group work and field visits.
The emphasis is on involving students in the learning process and helping them relate concepts and theories to business realities. The programme enables students to acquire different skills to deal with the corporate world and complex problems of management. The students undertake several field-based projects so that they can get better insights into the workplace reality. The curriculum is revised in discussions with practicing managers from the industry. This is done to reflect current business needs in the curriculum.
