SPECIALIZATION

Marketing

The curriculum focuses on the latest marketing trends & strategies that exposes them to the realities of the market place. Students can get jobs in retailing, advertising, FMCG, product/brand management & marketing research.
Finance
Students will be imparted skills & grounded in the basics of financial decision making, accounting, economics, market structures, equity markets & banking etc.
HR
The curriculum includes Recruitment & selection, learning & development, Industrial relations, performance management systems, compensation management, organization development & specialized/advanced features of HRM.

21st century is witnessing the advent of a new knowledge driven society and a quantum leap in higher education. The revolution in communications & particularly in the digital world in the last 10-15 years has changed the management scenario & how the business is being conducted today. The job market has become more competitive both nationally and internationally. Today the majority of MBAs, graduates including Engineering graduates are not job employable because they have not been trained adequately by the institutes and there is inherent drawback in the present education system. It may be pertinent to say that jobs are available in the market but people with right skills are not there. We in RIIM Pune have specialized in this job employability courses & work to build our students knowledge & skills as per the current market scenario & digital developments. Hence these two flagship programmes by RIIM which lead to job employment at the end of the course along with MBA course.

RIIM, Pune Admission Highlights 2023

• The college offers full-time PGDM and MBA programmes. The MBA programme is approved by AICTE, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.
• Apart from MBA the college also offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) along with the 1-month residential programme in London and Dubai (whatever applicable).
• Admissions at RIIT are through institute level management entrance test, RIIM-Arihant Group of Institutes Entrance Test which is followed by GD and PI.
• Candidates are required to take any of these entrance tests: Common Admission Test (CAT)/XLRI Admissions Test (XAT)/CMAT/MAT/MHCET/ATMA & AMMI Test.
• The short-listed candidates’ list for the Group Discussion and Personal Interviews (GD & PI) shall be posted either on the website or the candidates will be informed via SMS, email, courier/speed post.
• The minimum scores for SC/ST candidates are 45%. Candidates who are appearing for the final year bachelor's degree exam can also apply.

RIIM, Pune Application Process 2023

The candidates can visit the college website and apply online. The application form can be availed through courier through DD or Cash. The institute will send the application form to the address mentioned by the candidate in the courier.

Following are the steps to fill out the application form:

For Online Application-

1. Visit the official website of RIIM -Arihant Group of Institutes, Pune
2. Click on ‘Admission Procedure’ in the ‘Academics’ section
3. Click on ‘Apply Online’ and fill the form
4. Proceed to pay the application fee of INR 1000
5. Submit the form and save Username and Password for future reference
6. Need to enclose the scanned copies of 10th and 12th mark sheet as well as a Graduation certificate

For Offline Application-

1. Download the application form and fill the details
2. Pay the application fee through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Ramchandran International Institute of Management payable at Pune
3. The candidates need to mention the name and mobile number at the backside of DD
4. Send the duly filled application form along with the desired documents to Institute’s address: RIIM -Arihant Group of Institutes Pune, “Arihant”, Behind Crystal Honda Showroom, Bavdhan (Bk.), Pune – 411021, Maharashtra, India
